Vehicle Warranty
The vehicle warranty is a key factor in your decision to purchase that vehicle!
Auto Salon Turbo Trade offers a certified written warranty on vehicles for up to 12 months, with the option to extend the warranty to 24 months.
A certified used vehicle refers to vehicles that have a proper service history, one owner, no traffic accidents, original mileage, and that pass a comprehensive multi-point inspection by our service team to ensure the car is in excellent condition.
Pursuant to Art. 486 para. 1 of the ZOO FBiH, the seller limits liability for material defects on the vehicle by issuing the following:
WARRANTY
NOTE:
The warranty covers the engine (excluding power supply units) and transmission, provided regular servicing and oil changes are performed at an authorized service center or at Turbo Trade d.o.o., with receipts presented. The warranty also covers the vehicle's origin. This warranty applies only to imported vehicles that were not previously registered in BiH.
Parts Covered by Warranty
ENGINE: cylinder head, engine block, camshaft, crankshaft, pistons, connecting rod, valves
Auxiliary Engine Components Not Covered
Starter, Bosch pump, AC compressor, AC condenser, water cooler, turbocharger, DPF, filters, fuel pump, injectors, timing belt, serpentine belt, EGR valve, and all other parts not included in the engine assembly.
Batteries in mild hybrids, hybrids, and plug-in hybrids are also not covered by warranty.
Consumable parts and all other vehicle parts are also not covered: Clutch set (pressure plate, disc, flywheel, release bearing...) and all other parts not included in the transmission assembly.
Also Not Covered by Warranty
- •Testing, measurement, and adjustment costs, unless related to defects covered by warranty.
- •Vehicle transport and delivery costs to the service center, as well as all related costs, including all consumable vehicle parts subject to regular replacement.
To use the warranty, the customer must have all vehicle services performed at an authorized service center or at Turbo Trade d.o.o. service (every 10,000 km or at least every 12 months, whichever comes first).
The customer declares that they have read the warranty text and properly received all warranty attachments, and accepts them without any objections, which they confirm with their signature on the warranty.
