TOYOTA RAV4 HYBRID AUCTION LOT 1

WHERE THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN AGREED: 1. The auction will start on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Vehicle viewing and participant registration will begin on Friday, July 17, 2025, at Turbo Trade d.o.o. (Džemala Bijedića 175A or via email: adnan@turbo-trade.com) from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. 2. Admissions will be processed according to the order of payment registration. Others may participate by submitting a deposit payment confirmation to the auctioneer, who will then register them, provide them with a form and an envelope to indicate their bid on the spot. The envelope will contain a clear reference to the Lot to which the bid refers. The bid will be considered final, and in case of award and non-payment, the deposit will be retained. At the beginning of the sale of each Lot, the envelopes will first be publicly opened. The highest amount in the envelope will be the starting bid for those physically present at the auction. 3. THE DEPOSIT FOR PARTICIPATION in the auction is 5,000 KM for Lot 1 and 5,000 KM for Lot 2. The participation deposit is paid directly to the giro account of TURBO TRADE d.o.o. opened at ASA BANK DD number: 1340011120358418, with the note for participation in the Turbo Trade d.o.o. auction, via bank transfer. The paid deposit will be returned via bank transfer no later than 7 working days AFTER the end of the auction IF the potential bidder has not purchased any LOT. The latest deadline for depositing the deposit into the Turbo Trade d.o.o. account is Thursday, July 30, 2026, by 10:00 AM. 4. The sale of LOTs is subject to reserve prices. The Seller reserves the right NOT to SELL a LOT if the reserve price is not reached during the auction. 5. The successful bidder must pay 100% of the winning bid price within 3 working days after the auction to the Turbo Trade account, which will be provided to the Buyer in due time. The Seller will retain the deposit if the Buyer does not pay the full amount by Wednesday, August 5, 2026. 6. After the full amount has been paid to the Turbo Trade account and the payment verified by the financial services of UNHCR and the Auctioneer (Turbo Trade), all relevant documentation for the purchased LOTs will be handed over to the Buyer. 7. All eventual costs and payments related to customs, fees, taxes, and ownership transfer are borne by the Buyer. 8. The Buyer is responsible for the delivery or collection of the vehicle after its purchase. 9. All vehicles are sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, and the Seller provides no warranties or has any other obligations regarding the sold vehicles after the purchase has been made. 10. By signing this agreement, the Buyer confirms that they know that all vehicles sold at this auction are used and that they have inspected them before participating in the auction. 11. By signing this agreement, the Buyer confirms that the purpose of the purchase is exclusively for civilian use. 12. UNHCR staff are not permitted to participate in bidding for any item sold at this auction.
